As you view each home, take notes and pictures of everything. What is your first impression? Did you hate it the minute you stepped inside? Be honest, not polite. Your realtor wants the truth!

Negotiation Time!
You found your home! Your real estate agent is key here. We know the market and trends. Trust, but question our opinion. We want the best place, price and home for you! Remember: you are not paying our commission, we work for you.

Moving Forward
The lender works their part in the background at the start of the contract.
They will arrange the appraisal and ask for more stuff. Do your part to get the information to them so they can move forward. Do you need to shop for insurance? Furniture? Moving truck? Time to start the process of moving ahead.

Congratulations, you're a home owner!Make sure you have switched over your utilities, set up accounts, and paid deposits. It's now time to get the keys to your new home.
Take a moment and enjoy the sometimes long journey. It can take 30, 45, even 60 days for all this to happen, but it is over.
